A good start, but it seems any questionable DoD spending is already classified. Now we just need to get rid of riders, so the same can be done with voting records.
I remember when it was put on "mystery" hold and people narrowed it do to captain "the internet is tubes" stevens from Alaska. As if that guy needed his named tacked into more Daily show jokes ( >< ) . I look forward to this passing and the masses getting to start googling where money goes. Silly stuff will be sought out and brought to the front. It'll be fun to see when incumbants are asked why they voted for a bill that gave $50 million to refurb a groundhog's den ;)
