I stumbled across this and my first thought was wondering what kitchen appliances could make use of a wireless card. Turns out coffeemaker, breadmaker, and microwave. It's a digital integration system from Beyond Digital Living that allows you to scan the barcodes and it'll do the rest. Rather interesting.
